TBA have developed a specialist service, monitoring grounds maintenance contracts on behalf of large organisations. The service includes developing contractor select lists, preparing specifications and tender documents, overseeing tender operations and, if required, supervising all elements of on site operations. All contract administration including chairing progress meetings and processing valuations can be included in the package.

Whilst this service has been developed primarily for housing associations, many other large organisations may find benefit in employing TBA to oversee their landscape maintenance works.
