Who is the data controller

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the site location you tell us about and the content of your message. We collect nothing else through this site beyond standard server logs.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information solely to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to administer that appointment. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and contract performance once we are appointed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twenty-four months. Project records are retained for the period required by our professional indemnity insurance, normally fifteen years from completion.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only where necessary with our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, or where we are required to by law.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it function, including a caching cookie and, if you log in to the site, a WordPress session cookie. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to have it ported to another provider. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within one month.
