What we do

Concept Design
Site appraisals, bid and competition applications. Early design input with planners, architects and other consultants for public consultations.

Masterplanning
1,500 structure plans, open space provision, green infrastructure networks, habitat character areas, local authority negotiation and planning consultations.

Planning Support
Working closely with: ecologists on Biodiversity Net Gain; planners on design and access statements and management plans; and engineers on SUDS requirements and alternative solutions. Attendance at resident and public consultation events.

Detailed Design
1,200 detailed planting schedules and plans ready for tender, including any visuals, sections and tree pit specifications.

Construction Support
Tendering under the JCLI standard form of contract and supervision of the works on site. Site inspections and audits throughout the construction and implementation phase, as-built drawings, 30 year landscape management plans and schedules, and assistance with satisfying planning conditions.
